1｜全面禁煙

当施設内では室内・屋外含め敷地内での喫煙を全面的に禁止しております。吸い殻など喫煙の痕跡を認めた場合消臭清掃代金として30,000円を請求させていただきます。

2｜ペット禁止

施設内へのペットの連れ込みは禁止させていただいております。またペットの連れ込みが判明した場合や糞尿や毛などで家具が汚染された場合も消臭清掃代金として30,000円請求させていただきます。

3｜施設内持ち込み禁止

3-1｜法的に所持を許可されていない薬物・拳銃刀剣等
3-2｜発火及び引火する可能性のあるもの（揮発油・花火など）
3-3｜汚臭のするもの
3-4｜電化製品および調理器具等の物品

これらが原因で当施設運営に影響する場合その責をお客様が負うものとします。場合によっては清掃費や原状回復費を請求させていただく場合がございます。

4｜夜間騒音禁止

近隣の住宅は宿泊施設ではありません。20時以降の屋外での飲食や大声・笑い声などは島民の方々のご迷惑にならないようお気を付けください。尚、近隣より苦情が入った場合は退室をしていただく場合もございます。

5｜迷惑行為禁止

当施設内での賭博や著しく風紀を乱すような行為、近隣の住民への迷惑となる行為は禁止します。特に早朝や深夜の大声、花火などの騒音を伴うものはやめてください。

6｜染髪の禁止

浴室やシャワールーム、洗面台等においてヘアカラー毛染め、漂白剤等の使用は固くお断りします。尚、汚染された場合修復、買換え代金を実費請求させていただきます。

7｜当施設の備品・家具・設備について

7-1｜鍵以外の諸設備・備品の施設外への持ち出しはしないでください。
7-2｜電化製品の使用は説明書をよく読み適切にご使用ください。
7-3｜故障や破損等した場合は速やかに緊急連絡先に連絡してください。
7-4｜備品・家具・設備の破損、紛失、故障、汚染等は原則、全額お客様にご負担いただきます。
7-5｜キッチンのご利用後ははやめに後片付けをお願いします。
7-6｜当施設の改築、装飾、改造などは無断で行わないでください。
7-7｜忘れ物があった場合こちらから連絡する事はございませんのでご注意ください。
7-8｜お客様が施設内に残した造作、備品、食品その他物品等は当社にて随時処分をさせていただきます。
        処分に費用を要する場合には、お客様にご請求させていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。
7-9｜滞在中の清掃やシーツ交換はございません。
7-10｜4泊以上ご利用のお客様は予備のシーツをご用意しております。

8｜宿泊お断り

以下の場合は宿泊をお断りする場合があります。判明し次第ご利用前、ご利用中問わずその時点でご利用をお断りさせていただく場合があります。その場合お支払い頂いた代金は返還しません。

8-1｜宿泊しようとする者が法令の規定、公的の秩序もしくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがある場合又はした場合
8-2｜宿泊しようとする者が未成年のみである場合
8-3｜宿泊しようとする者が暴力団員もしくは暴力団関係者である場合
8-4｜宿泊人数を超えてのご利用は固く禁止致します。申し出なく宿泊人数を超えての利用が発覚した場合はその超過利用分を請求いたします。
        または宿泊をお断りさせていただくこともございます。

9｜チェックイン

チェックインは原則15:00とします。鍵の受け取りは現地宿泊施設（カナシャ）でのお渡しになります。尚、15:00を過ぎる場合は必ずご連絡ください。18:00までに連絡がない場合はキャンセルとさせていただきます。また、その場合の宿泊代金の返金は出来かねます。

10｜チェックアウト

チェックアウトは原則10:00です。チェックアウト時は備え付けの鍵返却BOXに鍵を入れてください。尚、紛失や持ち帰りにてご返却いただけない場合は再購入、再登録費として10,000円頂戴いたします。チェックアウト時間を超えた場合1時間につき1日あたりの料金の10％をお支払い頂きます。

11｜事故や盗難について

当施設内、敷地内での盗難・傷害・火災・紛失・怪我・自然災害・その他本規約に従わない事故に関しての事故・お客様の不注意による事故に関して当社の責に帰すべき事由以外によりお客様が損害を生じる場合、当社では一切責任を負いかねますので予めご了承ください。特に車路、２Fベランダ、屋上や浴室での転落、沈溺その他に関しましても一切の責任を負いかねます。お子様には常に目を離さないように留意お願いいたします。

12｜規約の更新

本規約は予告なしに更新する場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

13｜この利用規則、宿泊約款に定められていない事項については法令又は慣習よるものとします。

17｜節電、節水、節紙について

奄美大島の資源を大切使うため節電、節水、節紙にご協力お願いいたします。

1｜No smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in this facility, including indoors and outdoors. If we find traces of smoking, such as cigarette butts, you will be charged 30,000 yen for deodorant cleaning.

2｜No pets allowed

Pets are not allowed in the facility. In addition, if it is found that pets are brought in, or if the furniture is contaminated with pet waste or hair, we will charge 30,000 yen as a deodorant cleaning fee.

3｜Belongings that are prohibited to bring in the facility

3-1｜Drugs, handguns, swords, etc. that are not legally permitted to be possessed
3-2｜Items that may ignite(volatile oil, fireworks, etc.)
3-3｜Items with a foul odor
3-4｜Electrical appliances, cooking utensils, etc.

If these affect the operation of this facility, the customer shall be responsible for it. In some cases, we may charge cleaning fees and restoration fees.

4｜No noise at night

Please note that neighboring houses are not rental accommodations. Please be careful not to disturb the islanders by eating and drinking outdoors after 20 o’clock, and making loud noises and laughter. In addition, if there is a complaint from the neighborhood, you may be asked to leave this facility.

5｜Prohibition of nuisance behavior

Gambling, acts that significantly disturb public morals, and acts that cause a nuisance to neighbors are prohibited in this facility. Avoid loud noises, especially early in the morning or late at night, and anything that involves fireworks.

6｜Prohibition of hair dyeing

The use of hair dyeing and bleach in bathrooms, shower rooms, sinks, etc. is strictly prohibited. In addition, if the facility is contaminated, we will charge the actual cost of repair and replacement.

7｜About the facilities' fixtures, furniture and facilities

7-1｜Please do not take equipment other than keys out of the facility.
7-2｜Please read the instructions carefully when using electrical appliances and use them appropriately.
7-3｜In the event of malfunction or damage, please contact the emergency contact immediately.
7-4｜In principle, the guests will be responsible for all damage, loss, breakdown, contamination, etc. of equipment, furniture, etc.
7-5｜Please clean up after using the kitchen.
7-6｜Please do not renovate, decorate, or remodel this facility without permission.
7-7｜Please note that we will not contact you even if you forget something.
7-8｜We will dispose of the equipment, food, and other goods left by customers in the facility.
  Please note that if disposal costs are required, we may charge the customer.
7-9｜There will be no cleaning or sheet change during your stay.
7-10｜Guests staying 4 nights or more are provided with extra sheets.

8｜Refusal of accommodation

We may refuse accommodation in the following cases. As soon as any of these are known, we may refuse accommodation at any time, regardless of whether guests stay or not. In that case, the charges paid will not be refunded.

8-1｜If the guest conducts himself in a manner that will contravene the provisions of laws and regulations,
  public order or good morals, or likely to do so.
8-2｜If the guest is only a minor
8-3｜If the guest is a member of an organized crime group or related to an organized crime group
8-4｜The occupancy exceeds the number of guests. If it is discovered that the number of guests exceeds without notifying,
  the excess usage fee will be charged. Or we may refuse accommodation.

9｜Check-in

Check-in time is at 15:00. Keys will be picked up at the Guest house Kanasha. Please be sure to contact us if your arrival will be after 15:00. If you do not contact us by 18:00, we will cancel your reservation. In that case, the accommodation fee cannot be refunded.

10｜Checkout

Check-out time is at 10:00. When checking out, please put your key in the key return box provided. If you cannot return it due to loss or take-out, you will be charged 10,000 yen as a repurchase and re-registration fee. If the check-out time is exceeded, 10% of the daily rate will be charged per hour.

11｜Accidents and thefts

Please note that the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the customer due to reasons other than those attributable to the Company in connection with theft, injury, fire, loss, natural disaster, or other accidents that do not comply with these Terms of Use, or accidents caused by the customer's carelessness in this facility or on the premises. In particular, we are not responsible for falling down on the roadway, from the 2nd floor veranda, from the 3rd floor rooftop, and drowning in bathtub, and so on, too. Please keep an eye on your children at all times.

12｜Updates to the Term

Please note that these terms are subject to change without notice.

13｜Matters not stipulated in these Terms of Use and the Accommodation Agreement shall be conformed by laws and regulations or customs.

17｜Saving electricity, water, and paper

In order to care about the resources of Amami Oshima, we ask for your cooperation in saving electricity, water, and paper.
